Due to miscreant activities observed online on the social media, fearing the paper leak of SSC MTS 2016 exam (Paper I) this year was planned into a re-examination by the Staff Selection Commission. An official SSC notification pertaining to the new date of SSC MTS 2016 exam was highly awaited by anxious candidates which is now available online.

The latest notification released for the previously cancelled SSC MTS 2016 exam has been re-scheduled and new exam dates for the same have been clearly stated in it. The SSC MTS 2016 exam (Paper I) is scheduled to be conducted by the Commission for a period of a month commencing from September 16, 2017 to October 26, 2017 this year. With receiving more than 60 lac applications by candidates aiming to take the SSC MTS 2016 exam, the aspirants are all set to take up the Computer Based Test in an online mode on freshly announced new dates for holding the paper 1 of the SSC MTS 2016 exam for about 8300 vacancies in the Government departments.
SSC MTS 2016 exam is conducted by Commission in multiple shifts in a particular day for the large amount of applications they receive for a few vacancies.

Important Instructions pertaining to the SSC MTS 2016 exam (Paper I) have been uploaded online wherein candidates have been strictly instructed to follow the code of conduct of the upcoming SSC MTS 2016 exam this year. Also, aspirants of SSC MTS 2016 exam are cautioned against bringing any of the connecting devices like Bluetooth devices, mobile phones, earphones etc. and electronic devices like calculators, wrist watches, digital bands etc. to the examination hall. Also, it is mandatory to bring the admit cards/call letters/hall ticket print out by the candidate along with a supporting document like a photo ID proof via Adhar Card, PAN card, license etc with two passport sized photographs.
In addition to this, aspirants of SSC MTS 2016 exam (Paper I) are further notified and warned against involving themselves in any miscreant activity that would require stringent action against him/her. Such actions could require criminal charges against the miscreant along with the decision of debarring him from appearing for the SSC MTS 2016 exam (Paper I) this year and the following years as a whole.
