Staff Selection Commission has finally released the SSC MTS 2016 final result. The result was delayed as it was to be declared earlier, but the final result for SSC MTS 2016 was declared by Staff Selection Commission on 28th April 2018 during late evening hours.
Some media houses had earlier reported that the result for SSC MTS (Multi Tasking Staff) Non-technical will be out on 30th April. However, the SSC has released the final result for MTS candidates in advance.
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts various kinds of recruitment examinations every year in order to conduct the recruitment process of different individuals who are wishing to work for the different departments of the Commission. The SSC MTS is a Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination held in 2016 whose result was long awaited.

Go to the official website of Staff Selection Commission i.e. http://ssc.nic.in/
On the home page, under the updates section, click on the link that says – Final Result of Recruitment to the post of Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff in Different States and Union Territories, 2016.
This will open a new web page.
Out of Write up and Result, click on the result to check your SSC MTS final Result.

You may use the Control + F feature to search for your name. The pdf file contains roll number, name, category, and rank. Over 10,513 candidates have been recommended for recruitment under SSC MTS Staff as per the final result.
Some short forms mentioned in the final SSC MTS result sheet include – CAT1, CAT2, CAT3, CATSEL -> 1=SC, 2=ST, 3=EXS., 4=0H, 5=HH, 6=OBC, 7=VH, 9=UR ALOC_STATE -> PLEASE REFER TO RESULT WRITE-UP. REJPROV -> C = CLEAR, P = PROVISIONAL.
