SSC Recruitment 2018 For JHT, JT, & SHT | Update on Scheme of Examination for Paper 1 & Paper 2

SSC Recruitment 2018: Staff Selection Commission has started the process of filling and submission of the online application form for the Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, Senior Hindi Translator, and Hindi Pradhyapak Examination, 2018. The application window to apply online for the same is now opened and candidates can fill the same online on the official website of SSC.

The last date to fill the applications for the JHT Exam 2018 is 19th November 2018. Candidates can pay the application fee till 21st November 2018 online and 26th November 2018 offline. Staff Selection Commission has set the exam date for Paper 1 is 12th January 2019 while the Paper 2 exam date will be notified later on. Staff Selection Commission will also release the vacancy for the post of SSC JHT, SHT and JT later on. Here are the details regarding the Examination scheme for the exam.

Staff Selection Commission has also mentioned the scheme of Examination of Paper 1 and Paper 2 for the SHT, JHT and JT Exam 2018. Candidates can check the official notification for details. As per the official notification released by SSC for the JHT Recruitment, the selection of the candidates will be based on the two paper.

Paper 1 of the SSC JHT Recruitment will be an Objective Type and this will have two subjects. It is Computer Based test and will be of 2 hours time duration. Paper 1 of the SSC JHT Exam 2018 will have two subjects – General English and General Hindi. Each paper will have 100 questions each of 100 marks.

The Paper 2 of the SSC JHT Exam 2018 will be a Conventional Type, Descriptive Paper. This paper will be based on the Translation and Essay. The maximum marks of this paper will be 2000 and candidates will get total 2 hours to attempt the paper.

As per the official notification released by the Staff Selection Commission for the JHT Exam 2018, there will be 0.25 negative marking for each wrong answer. Therefore candidates are advised to answer correctly as each wrong answer will lead to negative marking.
