SSC Recruitment 2018: On 4th October, Staff Selection Commission released the official notice regarding the extension of the last date for Selection Post Recruitment 2018. As per the notice, SSC extended the last date for the submission of application form. Now the last date to submit the application form for the Selection Posts is coming near and candidates are advised to fill and submit their application form.
SSC Recruitment 2018 – Last Date 12th October
Staff Selection Commission extended the last date for the Selection Post Recruitment 2018 to 12th October 2018. Earlier the last date was 5th September. But now the last date is 12th and candidates are advised to fill the form now. The last date to pay the application fee is 15th October. But only those candidates can pay the fee via SBI Challan only who has generated the Challan on or before the closing date of application.
As the last date is 12th October and candidates can submit the application form till 5 pm only so candidates must generate their Challan for the application fee on or before 5 pm on 12th October. The mode of payment of application fee is only via SBI Challan. This is not the first time that the Staff Selection Commission extended the last date. The last date was first 30th September.
The Staff Selection Commission also said in the notice that there will no further extension of time will be given to the candidates after 12th October. SSC Extended the last date because the Commission received so many complaints regarding the technical issues faced in filling the application form.
SSC Recruitment 2018 For Selection Posts
Staff Selection Commission will select candidates for various Selection Posts in SSC on the basis of the candidate’s performance in Written Examination. The question paper of the SSC exam for Selection posts will have total 100 questions and time duration will be 60 minutes.
The questions will be from the General Intelligence, Awareness, Aptitude and English Language. Each section will have total 25 questions and the maximum marks will be 50. Candidates keep this in mind that for each wrong answer there will be negative marking of 0.50 marks.
