SSC Recruitment 2018: Staff Selection Commission has released an official notification or notice on the website regarding the SSC GD Constable Exam 2018. SSC Recruitment 2018 – Last Date Extended for the SSC GD Exam
As per the official notice released by the Staff Selection Commission on the website, now the last date for the application is 30th September 2018. The SSC released the notice regarding the same on 12th September 2018 on the official website. The candidates can check the official notice on the website of SSC.
Now, the last date has been extended and with the extension in the date, now 13 more days have been added in the application process. Earlier, the Staff Selection Commission has scheduled to close the application process on 17trh September but now the last date and the closing date of the application form for the SSC GD exam 2018 is 30th September 2018.
The candidates who haven’t applied for the SSC GD Constable Recruitment exam 2018 can now fill the application form. The Staff Selection Commission has extended the dates after the candidates faced problems in the filling the application form. The new website of SSC was facing some problems and was running slow. So, the authority decided to extend the last date. It is also written in the SSC notice, that there will not be a further extension in the application dates for the SSC DG Exam. The last date now for the payment of application fee is 3rd October but candidates will have to generate the Challan on or before 30th September 2018 till 5 pm.
SSC GD Constable Recruitment Exam 2018 Details
On 17th August, Staff Selection Commission started the online form filling process for the SSC GD Exam 2018. The actual date for the starting of the application form was 25th July but to a technical error in the website, the application starting date was changed. SSC conducts the GD Exam for the recruitment of candidates for the post of Constable in various departments.
This year, Staff Selection Commission has released the notification for more than 50000 posts. There are total 54953 vacancies in the various department for the post of Constable. For the male candidates, there are total 47307 vacancies and for female candidates, there are 7646 vacancies.
