Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Notification Regarding Malpractice in All Exams, Check Debarment Period For Malpractice

Staff Selection Commission has released an official notification on its official website www.ssc.nic.in regarding the malpractices conducted during the examination. SSC has also released the debarment period too for the malpractice conducted during the SSC Exams. According to the official, the commission has revised the debarment period to keep unscrupulous elements out of the Government recruitment process. The Debarment Period will begin from the date of indulging in the unfair means or committing malpractices. Here are the full details.

Staff Selection Commission Notification Regarding Malpractice and Debarment Period

2 Years & 3 Years Debarment From SSC Exams: If a candidate is found taking away any exam related material which includes OMR Sheets, Admission Certificate, Answer Sheet & Rough Sheets From the exam hall during the examination will get a debarment period of 2 years. Threatening, Misbehaviour with the Supervisor, Security Guard, Invigilator during the exam, Obstructing the conduct of the exam and instigating other candidates not to take the exam, Making false statements, suppressing material information will get a debarment period of 3 years.

As per Staff Selection Commission, all those candidates who will be found obtaining support, influence for candidature by improper means, Possession of the Mobile Phones during the exam or beyond the frisking zone (switched on or switched off mode), Appearing in the same examination more than once in contravention of the rules and Taking the exam by a candidate who is on duty in the same exam will get debarment of 3 years.

5 Years Debarment From SSC Exams: Candidates who are found damaging the infrastructure and equipment related to the examinations, Appearing in the exam with forged identity proof or admit card and possession of firearms, weapons during the exam will get a debarment of 5 years.

5 Years Debarment From SSC Exams: Staff Selection Commission has said that the candidates who will be found with Assault/ use of force/ causing bodily harm in any manner to the Supervisor, Invigilator, Security Guard, Threatening examination functionaries with weapons, unfair means of copying from a unauthorized source, Possession of electronics gadgets, Bluetooth devices or spy cameras, making videos of the questions papers, sharing exam terminal via remote desktop and attempting to hack the examination servers will get a debarment of 7 years.
