Haryana Tourism and Suraj Kund Mela Authority have been coming up with the 33rd edition of the World’s largest fair known as the Surajkund Crafts Mela in February 2019. One of the known and most awaited annual fair of Faridabad (Haryana) has been all set to rock 2019 with a new theme, handicrafts and handlooms.
Likewise every year, 33rd Surajkund International Crafts Mela will be the attraction point for the year 2019 as well. A 15 days long extravaganza will start February 2019 and will end in the mid of the month. All About the Fair & Theme state of 33rd Surajkund Crafts Mela
Each year, Surajkund Mela use to be dedicated to a single state as the theme state for the year. Last year, Uttar Pradesh was the theme state of the year for Surajkund Mela. Whereas for the year 2019, Haryana Tourism has opted Maharastra as theme state for 33rd Surajkund International Crafts Mela. As the theme state, Maharastra will get to showcase their handicrafts, handlooms, cuisine and tourist potential. Although in the latest edition of Suraj kund mela, all the Indian states and 20 countries will be participating.

Since 1981, Haryana Tourism has been organising the Surajkund Crafts Mela to promote handicrafts and handlooms of the Indian states. From its tradition to its cuisine, handicrafts to handlooms, Maharashtra has been rich in every aspect and now it will be highlighted at the Surajkund International Crafts Mela 2019.
Suraj Kund Crafts Mela, Faridabad 2019: Tickets & more
As far as the ticket price of Surajkund Crafts Mela 2019 is concerned, a single person has to pay an amount in between Rs. 80 to 150 approx. Whereas it has been expected that during, weekdays the ticket price may be by Rs. 80 and weekends ticket prices may be near about Rs. 120. Also, 50% discount will be provided to ex-servicemen, students, differently abled person and soldiers. E-toilet and RO system will be installed at the Mela ground during Surajkund International Crafts Mela 2019. Whereas to keep the environment clean and green, the authority has banned the use of plastic bags inside the mela ground.
