Taapsee Pannu is the latest victim of trolling on social media. Trolling on social media has become an unavoidable situation in the current age. Avoiding the reality called ‘Trolling’ on social media is next to impossible, especially if you’re a celebrity. But Taapsee Pannu proved that trolling an intimidating person like her is indeed a hard nut to crack. Trollers, you just can’t bring this badass called Taapsee Pannu down!
Why was Taapsee Pannu trolled?
Taapsee Pannu, the heroine of upcoming film Judwaa 2, posted her picture from the movie Judwaa 2 donning a blue-coloured floral two piece. The uber-hot snaps of Taapsee Pannu posted by herself on her twitter handle while posing in a blue floral received not only compliments from fans but also trolls from the moral policing brigade.
One such member of the moral policing brigade commented in Hindi on the post saying, “Ye pehn ne ki bhi kya zaroorat thi ye bhi utar dene the. Tumhare bhai ko bada garv ho raha hoga ye dress dekh ke? In the message, the person commented that Taapsee Pannu need not have bothered to wear even the bare minimum. He even advised her to take off what she was wearing. The man didn’t end the message here, he further added that her brother must be so proud to see her dressed like this.
Taapsee Pannu didn’t take this lying down and even shut down the troll with an epic response. To the troll, the quick witted Taapsee wrote, “Sorry bhai hai nahi warna pakka puchh ke batati. Abhi ke liye behen ka answer chalega???” The twitter was full of sarcasm that meant “If she had a brother, she would surely have ask him, but for now, she could ask the same from her sister.
Similar Trolling cases in the recent past
Taapsee Pannu is not the only actress who has been trolled on social media. Several trolling cases have been registered in the last few months that were targeted at actresses Deepika Padukone, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Soha Ali Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Sonarika Bhadoria, best known as Parvati from the serial Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev and lately Mithali Raj, who led the Indian women’s cricket team to the ICC World Cup Final was also trolled. The only thing that is common in these famous women is that they all were trolled for their outfits. Taapsee Pannu is the latest one who is in news for this.
