As per the sources, Tata Motors has now introduced the AMT gearbox for its new models including XTA and XZA variants of Tata Tigor Sedan [Petrol variant]. The new AMT gearbox introduced by Tata Motors is only available with the 1.2 Litre petrol engine of Tata Tigor. Among all these changes, the 1.2 litre three-cylinder engine remains intact for the Tata Tigor’s model. This engine is designed to produce 84 bhp at 6,000 rpm and Torque of 114 Nm at 3,500 rpm.
The New Tata Tigor’s AMT Gearbox Versions Launched in India
As per the updates by Tata Motors, the new XTA and XZA variants of the petrol variant of Tigor Sedan has been launched in India. The new variants of Tata Tigorare priced Rs. 40,000 more that the basic XT and XZ variants of the Tigor that is embedded with the 5-speed manual gearbox. The new versions of the Tata Tigor have been not only been updated with the AMT gearbox but are also embedded with the infotainment system along with the Bluetooth connectivity and navigation features.

The New XTA Tata Tigor variant gets the steel wheels, 4-speaker sound system, as well as the parking sensors and the new XZA variant of the Tata Tigor, is updated with the 4-speaker and 2 tweeter audio system and sportier 15-inch alloy wheels.
