Telangana Police Recruitment 2018 Preliminary Test Date
On the 9th of July, the Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board released the notice on the website regarding the exam dates for the post of Constable, Assistant Sub Inspector & Sub Inspector. The Recruitment Board has released the exam dates for the vacancies of SCT SI Civil or equivalent, SCT SI, SCT Asst SI & Finger Print Bureau and SCT PC Civil or equivalent.
The Prelims exam for the Telangana Police recruitment 2018 will start from 26th August. On 26th August, the prelims exam for the SCT SI and equivalent posts will be conducted. The timings for the exam is 10 am to 1 pm. The Prelims exam for the SCT SI IT & C will be conducted to 2nd September. The exam timing is 10 am to 1 pm.
On 2nd September the Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board will conduct the SCT ASi FPB prelims exam too. The exam timings are 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. On 30th September Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board will conduct the prelims exam for the SCT PC & Equivalent Posts. The exam timings for this are 10 pm to 1 pm.

According to the official notification released by Telangana Police Recruitment Board in the month of May, there are 16,925 vacancies for the post of Constable in SCT PC Civil and / or Equivalent Posts, 1217 Vacancies of SCT SI Civil and / or Equivalent Posts, 231 Vacancies of SCT PCs IT & C / Mechanic / Driver & 55 Vacancies of SCT SI IT.
According to the Press Release, 1,88,715 candidates applied for SCT SI Civil and/or equivalent posts, 13944 candidates applied for the Post of SCT SI (IT & C), 7700 candidates applied for the Post of SCT ASI FPB and 4,79,166 candidates applied for the posts of SCT PC Civil and/or equivalent.
