The Kapil Sharma Show Goes Off Air | The Drama Company Show Takes Its Place

Sony Television’s The Kapil Sharma Show is soon going off the air and will be replaced by the rival Krushna Abhishek’s The Drama Company Show. Yes, that’s a shocking news to all the Kapil Sharma fans who will not see their comedy hero on the coming weekends on Sony TV. The channel along the show maker of the popular The Kapil Sharma Show settled on pulling off the program from the Sony TV and replacing it with The Drama Company.

Reason why Kapil Sharma Show is going off air

The main reason behind discontinuing The Kapil Sharma Show is the deteriorating health of the show’s anchor Kapil Sharma. Sony Television confirmed to the media houses that The Kapil Sharma Show has not been discontinued forever but yes the channel and the producer of the show has collectively decided to give the program some break. It was a much-needed break for the Kapil Sharma also who has been reported ill from quite a few time, which has lead to many episodes of calling off the shoots and returning of the celebrity guests without doing the show. Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma, Anil Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Ileana D’Cruz, Athiya Shetty, Ajay Devgan are some of the actors of Bollywood who has come to The Kapil Sharma Show to promote their films but had leave without shooting as the episode shoot was called off due to the illness of the programme host, Kapil Sharma. The Firangi actor, Kapil Sharma’s deteriorating health is said to have been getting worse after the exit of Sunil Grover from the show post their infamous mid air spat.

 The Drama Company to replace The Kapil Sharma Show

The Drama Company Show, which has Kapil Sharma’s rival Krushna Abhishek used to come at 8 pm on Sony Television but now it will be pushed to 9 pm. Along with Krushna, The Drama Company has actors and comedians like Bharti, Sugandha Mishra, Ali Asgar and Dr. Sanket Bhosle.

The Kapil Sharma Show has recently, got its contract renewed but the regular episodes of celebrities returning from the show without shooting were bringing a bad name to the channel and to the program. To make up for all the losses, the channel, Sony TV decided to give break to the show and restart it after a while. Meanwhile, the channel is also coming up with its second season of Super Dancer is scheduled to begin this month.

The channel and the fans of Kapil Sharma both are praying for his speedy recovery and wish that their comedy actor returns along with his show with a bang.
