A similar incident happened earlier this year, with a Chandigarh- based youth while he was on a train. The youth Junaid, a 17-year-old was stabbed to death by a group of people for a seat on the train. The attackers passed slur against the deceased and his brothers who were also on board after which he was murdered. Apart from the deceased, his two brothers Hasim (21) and Sakir (23) were grievously injured. Till date, women and children were only considered vulnerable but such an incident proves that men are also not at all safe.
