UGC NET Exam 2018: The National Testing Agency will soon release the admit cards for the UGC NET Exam 2018 December on the official website. This is the first time that the NET 2018 Exam will be conducted by NTA. Earlier the exam was conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education. The candidates applied for the 2nd UGC NET exam 2018 can download the admit cards once it will be uploaded on the website of NTA.
UGC NET Exam 2018 (December) Admit Cards Release Date and Exam Date
National Testing Agency will release the admit cards for all those candidates who have applied for the National Eligibility Test 2018 December exam on 19th November 2018. The exact date and the examination centre for the exam will be mentioned in the admit card. As the exam will be held in two shifts, the shift will also be mentioned in the admit cards of UGC NET Exam.
The exam of UGC NET 2018 will begin from 18th November and will be held till 22nd November 2018. Daily two shifts of the exam will be conducted. The timings for Shift 1 of the UGC NET Exam 2018 is 9:30 to 1 pm and the timings of the second shift of the exam is 2:30 pm to 6 pm. The candidates must note that the admit card will only be available on the official website for download and not be sent by any post.
In the notice released by the NTA, it is clearly mentioned that the candidates appearing for the UGC NET 2018 December exam must report the exmaination centre on time. The entry of the candidates for the first shift of the exam is valid till 8:30 and for the second shift it is 1:30. Candidates won’t be allowed to enter the examination centre after this reporting time.
UGC NET Exam For JRF & LS 2018
National Testing Agency started the process of submission of application form for the UGC NET Exam on 1st September 2018 and closed the same on 30th September 2018. The result of the exam will be declared by 10th January 2018. The timings of the Paper 1 in the first shift is 9:30 to 10:30 am while for the Paper 2 the timings are 11 am to 1 pm.
Paper 1 of the NET exam 2018 will be of 100 marks and the paper 2 will be of 200 marks. Paper 1 for the second shift will begin at 2 pm and Paper 2 will begin from 3:30 pm.
