Union Bank Recruitment 2019 – All Details
The procedure of filling the application form for the post of Armed Guard in Subordinate Staff Cadre has started on the official website on 23rd January 2019. The candidates who are eligible for the post can fill the application form online on the official website on or before the last date which is 18th February.
The selection of the candidates for the post of Armed Guard in Subordinate Staff Cadre will be on the basis of the Online Test of 1 hour and a Physical Fitness Test. The online test will be of 70 marks and there will be 70 questions. The questions will be from General Knowledge (15 questions), General English (15 questions), Test of Reasoning (25 questions), and Test of Security & Military Knowledge (15 questions)
The minimum age limit to apply for the post of Guard in Union Bank is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 25 years. The SC/ST category candidates will get an age relaxation of 5 years. the OBC Non-creamy layer candidates will get an age relaxation of 3 years. The Widows, divorced women, and women legally separated from their husbands who have not remarried will get an age relaxation of 9 years.
The application fee for the Union Bank recruitment 2019 is Rs 100. As said above that these vacancies are for the Ex-Serviceman candidates, all the category candidates will have to pay Rs 100 as application fee. The candidates can pay the application fee via online mode only i.e Debit card, Credit card, Internet Banking, IMPS or Mobile Wallets.
According to the official notification, there are total 100 vacancies for the post of Armed Guard in Subordinate Staff Cadre in Union Bank. There are total 34 vacancies for the General Category, 21 vacancies for the OBC category, 19 vacancies for the SC category and 26 vacancies for the ST category. The candidates selected for the post will get a pay scale of Rs 9560 – Rs 18545.
