UP Police Recruitment 2019: The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment & Promotion Board has once again extended the last date to fill the application form for the post of Jail Warder, Constable and Fireman posts. All those candidates who haven’t filled the application form yet can now submit the application form on the official website. Here are the details.
UP Police Recruitment 2019 – Last Date Extended Again for Various Posts
In the recent notice released by the UPPRPB, the last date to fill the application form for the post of Jail Warder, Constable and Fireman post has been extended. The Police Recruitment Board of UP has given another chance to candidates to apply for the posts of Jail Warder, Constable, and Fireman. Now the last date to fill the application form is 24th February 2019.
This is not the first time that the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment & Promotion Board has extended the last date to fill the application form. This is the third time. In the beginning, when the application form filling process started, the last date to apply for the UP Police vacancies was 9th January 2019. After that, the last date extended to 16th February.
On the 16th Of February, another notice was released and the last date extended to 19th February 2019. Now on the 19th of February, the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment & Promotion Board released another notification in which the last date extended to 24th February. Now candidate can fill the application form till 24th February.
UP Police Recruitment 2019 – Vacancies & Other Details
Vacancies: There are total 5805 vacancies in UP Police for which the UPPRPB has invited application form. These vacancies are for the post of Constable (Horse Rider), Fireman and Jail Warder (Male & Female). The total vacancies in UP Police for the post of Constable (Horse Rider) are 102 (51 for General, 21 for SC, 2 for ST and 28 for OBC).
The total vacancies in UP Police for the Fireman post are 2065 (1034 for General, 433 for SC, 41 for ST and 557 for OBC). The total vacancies in UP Police for the post of Jail Warder are 3638 (1821 for General, 763 for SC, 72 for ST and 982 for OBC).
Application Fee & Other Details: The application fee is Rs 400 for all category candidates. The age limit is 18 to 22 years for the male candidates for the post of Jail warder and 18-25 years for female candidates. For other posts, the age limit is 18-22 years.
