UP Police Recruitment 2019: Last Day To Fill Application Form (19th February)
The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment & Promotion Board (UPPRPB) will close the application submission process for the post of Constable, Fireman, Jail Warder posts today. The last date to fill the application form is 19th February 2019. The candidates who haven’t applied yet for the same are advised to fill the application form by today.
This is the extended last date to fill the application form for the posts. The UPPRPB extended the last date twice. The actual last date to fill the application form was 9th February 2019 but the board extended the last date to 16th February and on the 15th of February 2019, UPPRPB once again extended the last date to 19th February. Now today is the last date to apply for the post of Jail Warder, Constable and Fireman posts.
UP Police Recruitment 2019 – Details
There are total 5805 vacancies in UP Police for which the UPPRPB invites application form from the eligible candidates. The total vacancies in UP Police for the post of Constable are 102 which are categorized as 51 for General, 21 for SC, 2 for ST and 28 for OBC. There are 2065 vacancies for the post of Fireman which are categorized as 1034 for General, 433 for SC, 41 for ST and 557 for OBC. For the Jail Warder (Male & Female), there are 3638 vacancies and the vacancies are divided as 1821 for General, 763 for SC, 72 for ST and 982 for OBC.
The candidates who have completed the intermediate examination from a recognized board of India can fill the application form for the vacancies in UP Police. There is an application fee of Rs 400 for all category candidates. The application fee can be paid via online mode i.e Debit card, credit card, E-Challan or via Net Banking.
