UPPCL Recruitment 2017 – Important Details
The online application for the post of Stenographer Gr. III, Office Assistant Gr. III in UPPCL has started from 14 December 2017. The last date to apply for the post in UPPCL is 29 December. All candidates are advised to fill the application form on or before the last date of application of UPPCL posts. The admit card for the recruitment exam of UPPCL will be issued in January and the Examination will also be conducted in the month of January. The official dates of the exam will be notified soon.
UPPCL Recruitment 2017 – Vacancy Details and Mode of Selection
In UPPCL Recruitment 2017, there are total 2296 vacancies for the post of Office Assistant which are divided into categories. For General Category there are total 1150 vacancies, For OBC category there are 619 vacancies, For SC Category there are 482 vacancies and for ST category there are 45 vacancies. For the post of Stenographer there are 227 vacancies in total(General-115,OBC-61,SC- 47,ST-04). Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and then typing test.
UPPCL 2017 Recruitment – Eligibility & Age Limit
Eligibility – For the post of Stenographer candidates must be graduate from a recognized University of India and must have 60wpm Hindi Stenography speed and 30 wpm Hindi typing speed on Computer. For the post of Office Assistant, Candidates must be Graduate with 30 wpm Typing speed in Hindi on Computer.
Age Limit – The minimum age limit to apply for the posts of UPPCL is 21 years and the maximum age limit to apply for the post of UPPCL is 40 years.
UPPCL Recruitment 2017 – Application Fee & Mode of Payment
Application Fee for the posts of UPPCL is Rs.1000 for General and OBC category candidates. For SC/ST category candidates the applciation fee is Rs.700 and for PH candidates the application fee is Rs.10. The application fee can be paid via Credit card, Debit Card or via Net Banking.
