UPPCL Recruitment 2019: Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL), has released an official notification and invited applications from the candidates for the post of the technician. The application form filling process for the posts in UPPCL started online on the official website on 1st April 2019. The last date to fill the application form is 30th April 2019. The candidates are advised to fill their application form on or before the last date. Once the last date to fill the application form passed, the candidates won’t be able to fill the application form. The admit card released date and the exam date will be announced later on.
The application fee is Rs 1000 for the General and OBC category candidates. The candidates belonging to the SC & ST Category from UP will have to pay Rs 700 as an application fee. The application fee can be paid via Debit Card, Credit card, Net Banking or via SBI Challan.
The minimum age limit to apply for the post in UPPCL is 18 years while the maximum age limit to apply for the post is 40 years. Age relaxation is also there for reserved catgeory candidates. During the application form, filling process candidates will have to upload the scanned photograph and signature. The selection of candidates will on the basis of the Computer Based Test.
As per the official notification of the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL), there are total 4102 vacancies. All these vacancies in UPPCL are for the post of Technician. For General Category, there are total 2052 vacancies. For the OBC Non-Creamy Layer, there are total 1107 vacancies. For the SC category, there are total 861 vacancies. For the ST category, there are total 82 vacancies.
The candidates selected for the post of Technician will get a pay scale of Rs 27200 – Rs 86100. The candidates who have completed the 10th class from a recognized board and have the 2 years ITI certification in the relevant field can fill the application form of UPPCL. The candidates must have the basic knowledge of computer for this post.
