UPSC CDS Exam 2019 Application Process To Close on 26th November | Check All Details Here

UPSC CDS Exam 2019: Last month i.e on 31st October, Union Public Service Commission released the official notification for the CDS Exam 2019 and started the process of filling the application form. The candidates preparing for the Combined Defence Services Examination can fill the application form online on the official website of UPSC. The candidates are advised that they should read the official notification carefully before applying online for the CDS Exam 2019.

UPSC CDS Exam 2019 Details

The Union Public Service Commission started the process of filling the application form for the Combined Defence Services Examination 2019 on 31st October. The candidates can fill the application form till 26th November 2018. After that the link will be deactivated and procedure of application form filling will close. So, candidates are advised to apply on or before the last date.

The candidates who are going to apply for the CDS Exam must ensure their eligibility for the exam before the online applications. The candidates’ admission at all the stages of examination is purely provisional which subject to satisfying the eligibility conditions. Once the candidates cleared the exam, Interview and Personality test, then the verification of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents will be done.

As the last date to fill the application form for the CDS exam 2019 is 26th November but in any case, if the candidates want to withdraw the application form then he/she can withdraw the online application from 3rd December 2018 to 10th December 2018. The Commission will release the admit cards for the exam three weeks before the commencement of exam.

According to the notification released by the Union Public Service Commission for the Combined Defence Services Examination 2019, there are total 417 vacancies in various branches. There are 100 vacancies in IMA Dehradun, 45 vacancies in INA Ezhimala, 32 vacancies in Air Force Academy Hyderabad, 225 vacancies in OTA Men and 15 vacancies in OTA Women Non-Technical.

The General category candidates and the OBC category candidates will have to pay Rs.200 as application fee while there is no application fee for the rest of category candidates.
