UPSC CDS Exam I 2019 – Starting Date & Application Fee
Union Public Service Commission has started the process of filling the online application form for the CDS Exam I on 31st October 2018. The online application form for the CDS Exam 2019 can be filled till 26th November 2018. After the last date, the link for the submission of application form will be deactivated.
As per the notification of UPSC CDS I 2019 released by the Union Public Service Commission, the application fee for the General and OBC category is Rs 200. For the SC/ST candidates and the women candidates, the application fee is nil. they are exempted from the paying the application fee. The payment of examination fee can be done via credit card, debit card or by depositing cash in any branch of SBI.
UPSC CDS I 2019 – Other Important Details
As per the official notification released by the Union Public Service Commission for the UPSC CDS I 2019, there are total 417 vacancies for the various posts. As per the notification, there are 100 posts for the Indian Military Academy Dehradun, 45 vacancies for the Indian Naval Academy Ezhimala, 32 posts for the Air Force Academy Hyderabad, 225 posts for the OTA (Officer Traning Academy) Chennai and 15 posts for the OTA Chennai SSC women. Before applying online for the CDS I 2019 exam candidates are advised to ensure their eligibility for the examination. The eligibility criteria is available in the official notification. The procedure of application is online and candidates can only fill the application form online and no other mode of application will be accepted.
As the application form can be filled till 26th November 2018. The candidates are advised to fill on or before the last date. The online applications for the CDS Exam can be withdrawn from 3rd December 2018 to 10th December 2018.
