UPSC Civil Services (Mains) Exam 2017 notification inviting applications from eligible candidates to fill the Detailed Application Form has been released a week ago. Candidates eligible to appear for the UPSC Civil Services (Mains) Exam this year are required to submit their “DAF’s” in an online mode before the last date on August 31, 2017. UPSC notification also released an official notice for giving important instructions to candidates before they fill the online DAF for the UPSC Civil Services (Mains) Exam 2017 this year.

Here is the gist of the official notification released by the Union Public Service Commission regarding the Civil Services (Mains) Exam 2017 this year. The examination date scheduled to hold the UPSC Civil Services (Mains) Exam 2017 shall commence from October 28, 2017 whose time table and schedule has already been uploaded online. Candidates eligible to appear for the UPSC Civil Services (Mains) Exam 2017 after clearing the prelims exam are all set to appear for the mains only after they complete the formality of filling out a detailed application form and also upload the scanned copies of requisite copies required by the Commission.
Candidates need to make a payment of INR 200 to fill online DAF for which females, reserved category & PwD candidates have been exempted from. The last date to pay the fee for UPSC Civil Services (Mains) Exam 2017 DAF in online mode is August 31, 2017 while via offline mode or pay by cash mode shall end on August 30th.
