UPSC IES 2018 Exam on 7 January | Check Notification, Schedule & Important Dates

UPSC IES 2018 notifications have been released. UPSC that in Union Public Service Commission conducts IES that is Engineering Service Exam every year. IES is also common with the name EES. Every year around 2 Lakh candidates register for the EES or UPSC IES 2018 exam. According to the board information, UPSC has planned the exam to recruit 588 engineers in different fields of operation including Civil Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical as well as Mechanical Engineering.

UPSC IES 2018 Admit Card and Exam Date 

UPSC has closed the window to apply for the IES 2018 exam on 23rd October 2017. All the candidates who have successfully registered for the exam can now check the notification regarding the issuing if the admit card online on the official website of the UPSC. UPSC has passed out the notification that all the registered candidates can expect to download the admit cards in the coming month of December.

The UPSC IES 2018 exam is scheduled for the month of January 2018. The final date of the exam has been decided to be 7th January 2018. The exam will be conducted offline. There are a total of 3 tiers of recruitment that include the UPSC IES Prelims, Mains, and Personal Interview. The result of the UPSC IES 2018 Prelims exam will be released by the board in the month of February 2018. Also, the date for the mains exam has been out. The UPSC IES 2018 Mains will be conducted on July 1st, 2018.
