UPSC Recruitment 2018: Union Public Service Commission has released an official notification on the website regarding the recruitment of candidates for the various posts. UPSC Recruitment 2018 – Important Dates, Application Fees & Vacancy Details
Last Date: According to the official notification released by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) the last date to fill the application form is 2nd August. The last date to completely submit the application form and printing of the application form is 3rd August. All the candidates are advised to fill the application form on or before the last date.
Application Fee: For the candidates belonging to the General Category and OBC Category, the application fee is Rs.25. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH category and women category, there is no application fees. The application fee for the Union Public Service Commission Recruitment 2018 can be paid either by credit card, debit card or by net banking. The fee can also be paid by remitting cash in any branch of SBI.
Vacancies: As per the official notification of the Union Public Service Commission for the UPSC Recruitment 2018, there are total 12 vacancies. The vacancies in UPSC are as follows – One Project Manager Vacancy, Two Joint Director vacancies, Six Lecturer (Pharmacy) vacancies, One Assistant Professor vacancy, One Anaesthetist (Family Welfare) vacancy, and One Instrumentation Engineer vacancy.
UPSC Recruitment 2018 – Other Important Details
For the post of Instrumentation Engineer & Anaesthetist in Union Public Service Commission, selected candidates will get a pay scale of Level 10 in the pay matrix of 7th Pay Commission. The candidates selected for the post of Assistant Professor will get a Level11 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC. For the post of Lecturer (Pharmacy), the selected candidates will get a pay scale of Rs.15,600-39,100 ( PB-3) + Rs. 5,400 (Grade Pay)+ DA as applicable. For the Joint Director post, selected candidates will get Level-11 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC. For the post of Project Manager (Technical) in UPSC, selected candidates will get a pay scale of Level-10 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC.
