UPSC Recruitment 2018 (December) – Last Date
The Union Public Service Commission started the process of filling the application form last month. The last date to fill and submit the application form online for these posts is 13th December 2018. The form can be filled till 13th December and after that, the link will be disabled. The print out of the filled application form can be taken till 14th December 2018. The last date to pay the application fee is 13th December 2018.
UPSC Recruitment 2018 – Vacancies and Other Details
The candidates who want to fill the application form must ensure that they fulfill all essential educational qualifications and requirements for the post. The prescribed education qualification in the UPSC notification are minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview. The application fee for the UPSC ORA Recruitment exam is Rs 25 and this is only applicable for the General and OBC category candidates. The candidates of SC/ST/PH category and women candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.
According to the official notification of Union Public Service Commission, there are total 16 vacancies for the post of Air Safety Officer which are reserved as 1 for ST category, 3 for OBC Category and 12 for the unreserved category. There are total 37 vacancies for the post of Assistant Director of Operations which are reserved as 5 for the SC category, 8 for the OBC category, 5 for ST category and 19 for the General Category.
There is one vacancy for the post of Deputy Director (Safety) and this vacancy is reserved for the OBC Category. There are total 6 vacancies for the Scientist B post. These vacancies are as follows – 1 for SC category, 1 for OBC Category and 4 for the unreserved category.
