UPSC Recruitment 2018: Union Public Service Commission has invited online applications from all the eligible candidates for the various posts. UPSC has announced vacancies for the post of Legal Officer, Public Prosecutor, Stores Officer, Translator (Burmese), Translator (Dari/Persian) and Senior Lecturer (Textile Processing). Vacancy details – There are total 16 vacancies for various posts in UPSC. Out of the 16 post vacancies – 05 vacancies are for the post of Legal Officer (Grade-II), 04 vacancies are for the post of Public Prosecutor, 04 vacancies for the post of Stores Officer, 1 post vacancy for the post of Translator (Burmese), 1 vacancy for the post of Translator (Dari/Persian) and 1 post vacancy for the post of Senior Lecturer (Textile Processing).
Important Dates – For the various posts in UPSC, the online application process has begun from 12th March 2018. All interested candidates can now apply online on the website of UPSC. The last date to fill and apply is 29th March 2018. It is advised to all the candidates to fill the online application form on or before the last date.

Eligibility Criteria – For the post of Legal Officer (Grade-II) the minimum education qualification is Master’s degree in Law with specialization in the field with experience of 5 years. For the post of Public Prosecutor, Degree in Law, For the post of Stores Officer Degree in Engineering from a recognised University, For tyhe post of Translator (Burmese), Bachelor’s degree in the Foreign Language concerned (BURMESE) with English/Bachelor’s degree with English as a compulsory or elective subject/Diploma in foreign language concerned (BURMESE), for the post of Translator (Dari/Persian), Bachelor’s degree in the Foreign Language/Diploma in foreign language concerned (Dari/Persian) and for Senior Lecturer, Degree in Textile Processing/Textile Chemistry/Bachelor of Technology in Textile.
