UPSC Recruitment 2018 – Application Process to Close Next Week
As per the official notification, the last date to fill the application form for the vacancies in UPSC is 27th September 2018. After 27th September, Union Public Service Commission will close the link for applications. The last date to take a print out of the application form is 28th September 2018. The candidates are therefore advised to fill the application form on or before 27th September.
UPSC Recruitment 2018 Details
The candidates interested in applying for the various vacancies in UPSC can apply online on the official website. But before applying online, candidates must have to register themselves. If already registered candidate need not to registered again. The website to apply online for Union Public Service Commission is www.upsc.gov.in. Here are the steps to apply online.
First of all, visit the website of UPSC. Click on ORA under Recruitment tab. A new page with the details of the vacancies will be displayed. The candidates applying the first time can click on the New registration and register themselves there. All other candidates can click on the Apply now against the post.
As per the official notification of the Union Public Service Commission, there are total 10 vacancies for three different posts. These vacancies are for the post of Economic Officer (4 vacancies), Director Post (3 vacancies) and Lecturer (3 vacancies). This is an online application process and candidates need not to send any application via another mode. The applications received via other modes will be rejected.
The details and process of applications are available on the official website. Candidates will have to pay Rs 25 application fee. This is only for the General and OBC Category candidates and candidates of other categories and female are exempted from the application fee.
