UPSC Recruitment 2018: Starting September month Union Public Service Commission released the official notification for the various posts. On the same day, the process of filling the application form for the same also started on the official website. The candidates who are eligible for the various posts and haven’t applied for the post under the UPSC Recruitment 2018 are advised to fill their application form before the last date.
UPSC Recruitment 2018 – Last Date
As per the official notification released by the Union Public Service Commission under the UPSC ORA recruitment 2018, the last date for the filling and submission of the application form is 27th September 2018. The candidates can fill the application form on or before 27th September 2018 and the last date to print the application form is 28th September 2018. After the 27th of September, the link of online application will be closed.
UPSC Recruitment 2018 – Other Details
This is purely an online application process and candidates will have to fill and submit the application form via online mode on official website of Union Public Service Commission i.e. upsconline.nic.in. Before applying online for the various posts in UPSC, candidates are advised to read the details provided by the Union Public Service Commission in the recruitment notice.
The application fee for the online application form is Rs 25. This application fee is for only the candidates belonging to the General Category and OBC Category. There is no application for the female candidates and candidates of SC/ST and PH category. The candidates applying for the UPSC Recruitment 2018 can pay the application fee by net banking, Debit card, challan or by depositing cash in any Branch of State Bank of India.
As per the official notification of the Union Public Service Commission, there are 4 vacancies for the post of Economic Officer. Out of these vacancies, 2 are for the OBC category and 2 are for the General Category. There are three vacancies for the Director post out of which 1 is for the OBC Category and 2 are for the General Category.
There are three vacancies for the Post of Lecturer in Department of Training & Technical Education. Out of these 3 vacancies, 1 post is reserved for the ST category and the other 2 posts are reserved for the General Category candidates. Keep in mind that the last date for the online application is 27th September.
