UPSC Uploads Final Marks For Candidates of 2017 Civil Services Exam

The results of the UPSC Civil Services Exam 2017 were released recently and now the Commission has released the final marks of the candidates who have cracked the examination and have been recommended by the Commission to work under the various departments of the administration as well as the bureaucracy.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts the Civil Services Examination every year in three different stages in order to recruit the individuals for the Indian Foreign Services (IFS), Indian Administrative Services (IAS), Indian Police Services (IPS), Indian Revenue Services (IRS) amongst the others as per the ranks secured by the qualifying candidates of the written paper as well as the personality test.

The UPSC Civil Services Exam Result 2017 was declared recently on April 27, 2018 by Union Public Service Commission. As many as 990 students have been selected by the Commission who shall now be appointed in order to work in context to the Central Government Services which will be done on the basis of the test conducted as well as the marks secured. Ranks have been provided to all the 990 candidates who have cleared the test based on the marks secured by them in the written paper as well as the personality interview.

UPSC Civil Services Exam 2017 Toppers’ Marks

The UPSC Civil Services Exam 2017 was topped by Durishetty Anudeep by securing a total of 1,126 marks out of which 950 marks were of the written test as well as 176 marks belonged to the Personality Test. He is already serving as an Indian Revenue Service Officer. In all, the Main Examination is of 1,750 marks and the interview is for 275 marks. The toppers’ percentile summed up to 55.6 percent which directly reflects that the exam is definitely not a cake walk to appear for Union Public Service Commission.
