Vidya Balan Shines As Sulochana in The Trailer of Tumhari Sulu | Watch

It’s October 2107 and all the Vidya Balan fans in India have a reason to smile. The trailer of Vidya Balan’s ‘Tumhari sulu’ is finally out and has us hooked. The two and a half minute trailer was released by T-series on the 14th of October, Saturday.

Vidya Balan plays an RJ in ‘Tumhari Sulu’ again after Lage Raho Munnabhai:

The trailer of ‘Tumhari Sulu’ features Vidya Balan as Sulochana, a charming and witty housewife who has a long list of hobbies. She has a son and a loving husband played by popular theatre actor-director Manav Kaul. The ‘Tumhari Sulu’ revolves around Sulu and her accidental success with her career as a Radio Jockey. Following her professional success her personal life takes a back seat and creates a difference in her happily married life. Along with Vidya Balan and Manav Kaul, immensely popular Mumbai based RJ Mallishka and Neha Dhupia also play pivotal roles in the movie. The movie is made by the same team which brought us Neerja and Hindi Medium last year and we are hoping ‘Tumhari Sulu’ does the trick again for the hit makers. The sensational Guru Randhava Punjabi Song Tu Meri Rani also features in the trailer of  Vidya Balan starrer ‘Tumhari Sulu’.

‘Tumhari Sulu’ star Vidya Balan has been often called the first female HERO of the bollywood industry who has the ability to fill in seats as much as any male star in India. Although, that image of Vidya Balan has lately taken a hit as her last film Beghum Jaan in early 2017 tanked at the box office. Her last successful film was Kahani 2 which was the sequel to the 2012 thriller of the same name. It will be interesting to see if ‘Tumhari Sulu’ does any good to Vidya Balan’s image.

Vidya Balan starrer ‘Tumhari Sulu’ release date:

Vidya Balan will be back on the big screen with ‘Tumhari Sulu’ this year. ‘Tumhari Sulu’ is slated to release on the 17th of November. The film is helmed by director Suresh Triveni and is produced by Bhushan Kumar. It will be interesting to see if the Vidya Balan starrer will be able to fetch audiences away from the Irfan Khan starrer Qarib Qarib Singlle that releases a week prior to ‘Tumhari Sulu’.
