The All New Volkswagon Polo 2017 Launched | Know Price, Specs & Other Details

The German Automaker, Volkswagon has recently launched the 2017 version of its Polo car in Berlin. The car made a stunning global debut at the launch event in the thick of glaring flashes that was witnessed by millions of people all over the world by the live streaming. The Volkswagon Polo 2017 will be first launched in the European continent this year but the launch dates for India and Asia have not been set by the company as of yet. The 2017 has got some extra styling updates and performance boost as claimed by the company on the unveiling event yesterday.

Volkswagen Polo 2017: Engine & Specs

The Volkswagon has made the new Polo 2017 a bit longer and wider than its predecessor with now much longer wheelbase and roomy cabin. The car also has lost weight and is now much sleeker and sharp in appearance. The company has also switched the Polo 2017’s platform as well from heavier PQ25 to MQB. Though we have no clue about whether the Indian version of Polo 2017 will have the same features and designs as the international ones, still we would like to share its key specifications.

Volkswagen India Polo 2017 Price

Since the Volkswagon will now be designed on the MQB architecture it is being speculated that it will more costlier than before. It has been suggested by the sources that the Indian version of Polo 2017 will have the same PQ25 architecture which might lower its price down in the country. Thus the VW Polo 2017 can be ranged around Rs 6 lac(base model) to Rs 11 lac(higer model). The new Polo 2017 car has already entered the production line and will be available in the Europe soon this year. But India will see the much anticipated car in the year 2018, so for us the Polo 2017 is actually 2018.
