According to reports, a police complaint has been filed by a woman against Zirakpur-based real estate firm owner for ‘sexually harassing’ her. The complainant in her complaint has alleged that Manish Kumar has sexually harassed her on the pretext of providing a job to her.
Woman allegedly sexually harassed in Zirakpur
In the complaint, lodged with the Zirakpur police against an owner of a real estate, the woman has alleged that he has allegedly sexually harassed her on the pretext of providing a job to her in the firm. According to a report, the accused Manish Kumar allegedly asked the victim to accompany him while Manish Kumar, the real estate firm owner, was going to meet a friend. It is stated in the complaint that when they reached Zirakpur to meet Manish Kumar’s friend, the latter allegedly sexually harassed her.
No case registered yet!
Though a complaint has been registered but the police have not registered any case against the accused. The woman has lodged a complaint against Maish Kumar, owner of a real estate firm for allegedly sexually harassing her. She has stated in the complaint that the accused sexually harassed her on the pretext of providing her a job in the firm. Police have not yet registered a case as they are trying to verify the complaint.

The woman, in her complaint, has stated, that she went to the real estate firm owner seeking a job for her in Green Real Estate agency. The Green Real Estate agency is located at Dhakoli in Zirakpur.
According to the complaint, the owner of the agency Manish Kumar took the victim’s interview and promised her a job. After the interview, the complainant alleged that the firm owner took her to Zirakpur on the pretext of meeting a friend but allegedly sexually harassed her in Zirakpur.
The real estate firm owner denies charges
The real estate firm owner Manish Kumar has denied the allegations against him. According to a report, the real estate firm owner has stated that the woman complainant is only trying to malign his image, He further stated that the woman is levelling false accusations against him.
The report also mentions that the complainant was called several times by the police officials at the Zirakpur police station but she did not respond to the calls. Manish Kumar, the real estate firm owner was also called to the police station to verify the allegations made by the woman.
