After Success of Mi Max 2, Xiaomi to Launch Mi Max 3 with 7-Inch Screen, 5500 mAh Battery

Xiaomi launched its Mi Max phablet with 6.44 inch screen in 2016 to let the users enjoy multimedia on a big screen. The Chinese phone maker launched its successor Mi Max 2 with the same display but upgraded features. Now Xiaomi is all set to launch the Mi Max 3 and as the rumors suggest it will come featured with 7 inch display screen.

Mi Max 3 to feature 7 inch Display and Dual Camera

As per the reports, Xiaomi’s Mi Max 3 will feature a 7 inch display with 18:9 aspect ratio and smaller bezels. Also, Mi Max 3 is likely to have a dual camera set up on the back side of the phone. The Mi Max 2 has a 5300 mAh battery while the reports say that Mi Max 3 is expected to come with a 5500 mAh battery. The upcoming smartphone may also have a fast charging Quick charge 3.0 with reverse charging feature.

Rumors also suggest that Mi Max 3 may come in two variants, one standard variant, and another premium variant. The standard variant may be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor while the premium variant might have Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor.

Mi Max 3 to be Priced higher than Mi Max 2

Earlier, this year Xiaomi launched the Mi Max 2 with 4 GB RAM and 64GB internal storage in May 2017. Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC processor, the Mi Max 2 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat. The Mi Max 2 with 6.44 inch screen was launched by Xiaomi at a price of Rs.16,999. Mi Max 3 featured with 7 inch display is expected to be launched at a price slightly higher than Mi Max 2.

Xiaomi smartphones are the most popular among the Indian customers covering 50 percent of the smartphone market. The Chinese phone maker offers more features and high configuration at a price lower than its competitors, that is the reason for its high popularity in India. Xiaomi Mi Max 3 is expected to be launched in the mid of 2018. With a 7 inch small bezel display, Mi Max is likely to be the biggest smartphone of the year. The Mi Max 3 is likely to be purchased by the customers, who like to play games and enjoy videos on their phones.
