The Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi has started rolling out the MIUI 9.2 Global Stable ROM update for its smartphone. The list of Xioami smartphone that will get the MIUI 9.2 Global Stable ROM update includes the last month launched Xiaomi Redmi 5 & Redmi 5 Plus smartphones. Xiaomi also said that the Redmi Note 4, Redmi Note 4X ad Mi MIX 2 smartphone will also get the update of MIUI 9.2. But it will take some time. These phones will get the update in coming days.
MIUI 9.2 Global Stable ROM
The MIUI 9.2 Global Stable ROM for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A, Redmi Y1 Lite, Redmi Y1, Redmi Mi MIX 2, Redmi 5, Redmi 5 Plus, Redmi 4 Prime, Xiaomi MI 3, Xiaomi Mi 4 is rolling out. Some users of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 also receiving the update.
Most important thing is, this update is a Global Stable Update which means that those users who are already on MIUI 9 Global ROM will get the update. Recently Xiaomi on a blog post announced that 40 of its devices will soon get the MIUI 9 Global ROM update.
After the update here are the few changes will come into action. The Mi Mover will support data migration restarting. If we migrate data to the new phone, the hotspot connection of the device will automatically get restored in case of the interruption in data migration. Phones will get Simplified UI. Distance Sensor Dynamic Calibration function is improved. After the update, the App Lock Feature will get one update. The App lock supports hiding messages from all selected apps.
The vibration will no longer affect the features of the phone which reduce the ringer volume when it is lifted or flipped to silence. There are multiple themes that supported the clock widget on the phone in the new update.

In the Redmi Note series, Redmi Note, Redmi Note 2, Redmi Note 3, Redmi Note 4, Redmi Note 4X will get the update. Redmi Series phone list include, Redmi Pro, Redmi 3x, Redmi 3s, Redmi 3, Redmi 2A, Redmi 2, Redmi 1s, Redmi 5 Plus, Redmi 5A, Redmi 5, Redmi 4, Redmi 4, Redmi 4A, Redmi 4 Prime. The Xiaomi Mi series that will get the MIUI 9 update are Mi Max, Mi Note 2, Mi 4s, Mi Pad 2, Mi 4c, Mi 5s, Mi 5, Mi Note, Mi 4, Mi Pad 7.9, Xiaomi Mi 2s, Mi 2, Xiaomi Mi A1, Mi Note 3, Mi Max 2, Mi MIX 2, Mi 6, Mi Pad 3, Mi 5c, Mi MIX, Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus.
