Xiaomi India is all set to launch its new mobile phone into the Indian market very soon. The rumors are rife that the Xiaomi India is launching a new phone for the rural India and will be released soon.
The hints of the new phone to launch in India by Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi began to float, when their India Head, Manu Kumar Jain posted a visual teaser on twitter with the caption of “’I’ is coming soon! Any guesses what is this?” The teaser visual has an “i” in lower case with three more dots above painted in tricolor and ‘Coming Soon” on top of all. To support the speculations, Manu has also posted a few of his pictures on social media with people from various villages with the caption that the Xiaomi’s new mobile phones will change the lives of rural India soon.
Releasing date of Xiaomi new phone for rural India
The teaser shared by the Xiaomi’s India head, Manu Kumar Jain only features an ‘i’ with the message of it coming soon but no release date has been mentioned by him. Also, Xiaomi headquartered in China has not announced any official release date for this upcoming mobile phone in India.
Some smartphone enthusiasts and experts are expecting the upcoming phone as Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 which is long awaited across the world. After its images and renders were leaked on the internet, Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 was likely to launch by November this year. But over half of the November month is over and Xiaomi hasn’t launched it most eagerly waited for Redmi Note 5 in the market either in India or in China. The speculations are also rife that this upcoming phone could be Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 and it could be India exclusive smartphone.

Let’s hope that Xiaomi soon unveils its new range of mobile phone in India, which will be exclusive for India and will help the rural lot in the country to evolve and come at par with global digitization. Also, the company Xiaomi is encouraging people to set up manufacturing units in India and be the world supplier.
