Xiaomi has launched its Xiaomi Redmi Y2 smartphone in India, the successor of the last year launched Redmi Y1. The smartphone is the Indian variant of the Xiaomi Redmi S2 which was launched in China last month. The biggest highlight of the phone is the dual rear camera and a 16MP front selfie camera. Redmi Y2 is launched in India in two variants. The 3GB RAM with 32GB storage and 4GB RAM with 64GB storage. The price of 3GB RAM variant Redmi Y2 is Rs.9,999. The price of 4GB RAM variant Xiaomi Redmi Y2 is Rs.12,999. The phone is launched in three colors – Gold, Rose Gold, and gold. The smartphone is Amazon Exclusive but soon be available to purchase from offline partners.

Display, Processor & Operating System: Redmi Y2 smartphone comes with a display of 5.99-inches and the resolution of the screen is 720×1440 pixels. the aspect ratio of the screen is 18:9. The display of the phone is HD+. Xiaomi Redmi Y2 smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor. The phone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo operating system with MIUI 9.5.
