Provided you are over the age of 18, we welcome you into our community.” It can be extremely difficult to find appropriate avenues to discuss personal sexuality in the culturally prudish country, especially in rural areas.
With the cultural isolation that comes from centuries of puritanical beliefs, many Indians have found themselves feeling that they don’t belong or can’t talk about any questions or concerns regarding their own sexualities.
