BSNL Recharge Plan 149: After launching new BSNL Fibre Plan now the state-run telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has launched a new prepaid plan called as BSNL 149 Prepaid Plan aka BSNL FIFA World Cup Special Data Plan 149. BSNL Recharge Plan 149 Details
Talking about the details of the BSNL new prepaid plan 149, the plan is a special promotional STV plan of BSNL and is valid for one month. The plan comes with a validity of 28 days. This plan is now active from June 14, 2018, and is valid till July 15, 2018. This plan is valid on the Pan-India basis.
The new BSNL plan 149 is only a data plan and the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is not offering any free calling benefits in the latest plan of BSNL. Users who will recharge their BSNL number with the recharge plan of 149 will get total 112GB data in total. The daily data usage limit in the plan is 4GB per day.
This is not the first time that Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has launched the special tariff plan. In the month of April, the state-run telecom operator BSNL launched the Special IPL Plan 248 in which the telecom operator was giving whopping 153GB data for 51 days. The daily data usage limit in the plan was 3GB.
Jio Added 1.5GB Extra Data To Each Prepaid Plan
This move of BSNL just came after Reliance Jio Double Dhamaka Offer. Under the Jio Double Dhamaka Offer, the telecom operator started offering 1.5GB extra data in each recharge plan. The Plans of Jio in which it was offering 1.5GB data will now offer 3GB data per day. With this offer Jio counters each telecom operator plans.
In reply of the Jio move, BSNL launched the 149 plan with 4GB data. The saddest part of the BSNL 149 plan is that this plan is a data-centric plan and users will only get data usage in the plan while on the other side the Jio plans offer free voice calls and free SMS.
