CBSE has confirmed to release the date sheet for class 10 and class 12 exams in the first week of January. CBSE will publish the date sheet on its official website cbse.nic.in. The board will conduct the class 10th and class 12th exams in the month of March and release the date sheet in January first week, said the controller of exams.
The CBSE students and their parents have been eagerly waiting for the release of board exams dates sheet. The class 12th students also need to prepare for the competitive exams like NEET and JEE main after the board exams. CBSE date sheet will let them plan their time for the board exams and competitive exams.
CBSE date sheet to come out in January first week
Earlier, there were rumours that the dates sheet of CBSE board exams will be delayed because of the elections in some states. As per the rumours the date sheet was likely to be released in the second week of January. But now the controller of the board exams has told the Times of India that the board will release the date sheet in the first week of January.
For the last academic session, CBSE came up with a hassle-free date sheet keeping in view the elections dates. This year also, the board has confirmed the dates of exams will not clash with any of the dates of elections in four states Meghalaya, Nagaland, Tripura, and Karnataka. Last year the CBSE exams were delayed by 9 days because of the elections in Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Manipur.
Bhopal Schools introduced Pre Board exams for class 10
Also in Bhopal, the Central Board of Secondary Education affiliated schools have decided to begin the Pre Board exams in January for class 10. This is after 7 years that the schools in Bhopal are conducting the Pre Board exams for class 10th. The CBSE Pre-board exams will help the students prepare better for the final board exams as they will have an idea of the exam pattern before the final exams. This will also make the students serious about the board exams as they will need to cover the entire syllabus for the Pre-board exams. The class 10th Pre Board exams in Bhopal schools will start from January 3.
