Tata Motors has launched a new variant of Tata Nexon AMT in India. The new variant is the mid-spec variant of the subcompact SUV. Last year Tata Motors launched the Tata Nexon. The company launched the Nexon XZ trim that time and now the company has launched the XM variant of the Nexon. Here are the details, pricing, and the specifications.
Tata Nexon AMT XMA New Variant Price
The company has launched the new Nexo AMT XMA variant in both petrol and diesel engine options. The price of the Tata Nexon AMT XMA petrol variant is priced at Rs.7.50 lakhs while the price of Nexon AMT XMA Diesel engine variant is Rs.8.53 Lakh. These prices are the ex-showroom Delhi price. Now the Automatic Nexon is available in two models – The XMA and the XZA+.
The petrol variant of the Nexon AMT XMA is 2 lakh cheaper than the price of the Nexon AMT top end variant while the diesel engine variant of Nexon XMA is 1.77 lakh cheaper as compared to the XZA+ variant of Nexon AMT. The Price of Nexon AMT XZ+ Petrol variant is Rs.9.41 lakh and for the diesel variant, the price is Rs.10.39 Lakhs.
Tata Nexon AMT (XMA) Specs
The newly launched Nexon AMT comes with a 6-speed automatic transmission. The Nexon AMT Petrol variant is paired with the 1.-litre turbocharged Revotron Petrol engine which produces a 170 Nm peak torque and 108 bhp while the Diesel variant comes with 1.5 litre revotorq engine which produces a 260 Nm peak torque and 108 bhp.
The subcompact SUV comes with Smart hill Assist feature with the crawl function. The XMA variant of Nexon comes with 60:40 split folding seats which is also same in the top end model. There are no projector headlamps, daytime running lights, automatic climate control system, infotainment system by Harmon and Android Auto Compatibility.
This car will compete against the likes of Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza AMT and the Ford Ecosport. The Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza with Auto Gear Shift Price starts from Rs.8.54 lakh for the base model and Rs. 10.49 Lakh for the top end variant.
