Asus Zenphone 4 series launched with 6 new phones, which will soon get Andriod O. Taiwan made, Asus Zenphone is an ultimate camera phone designed for smart photography The company Asus has launched six new smartphones under the series of ZenFone 4 in Taiwan, which includes Zenfone 4, Zenfone 4, Max, Zenfone 4 Selfie, Zenfone 4 Pro, Zenfone 4 Max Pro and, Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro. Asus confirmed that all its phones under Zenphone 4 series will sport dual camera and Android N based on ZenUI 4.0.
However, the company has announced the ZenFones will first hit the stores in Asia for retailing and then the company will eye on expanding its reach in other markets globally. Meanwhile, Asus hasn’t confirmed the price of the Asus ZenFone 4 series phone but the experts are speculating it to come at the cost between Rs 25,000 to 39,00 approximately.
Specs and features of Asus ZenFone 4
Talking about the specification of Asus ZenFone 4 smartphone, it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset with 4GB and 6GB RAM variants. The phone comes with an internal storage or comes with 64GB and housed by a 3,300mAh battery. The Asus ZenFone 4 sports a 5.5-inch screen of IPS LCD, 8 MP camera on the rear for the perfect selfies and the dual camera of 12 and 8MP for primary photography. Apart from this, Asus ZenFone 4 runs on Android Nougat based ZenUI4.0.
Asus ZenFone 4 series will get update on Android O by the year 2018
Not only this, during the launch of Asus ZenFone 4 series, the company also announced that the ZenFone 4 which is currently running on Android Nougat based Zen UI4.0 will get the update of the new Android O by the mid-year of 2018. Along with, the company spokesperson mentioned that all phones under the series of ZenFone 3 will also get an update of Android O in the near time to come. The announcement of Android O upgradation was made by the Head of Global Content Marketing of Asus, during the launch of Asus ZenFone 4 series. He said that by the time upgradation will begin, Asus ZenFone 4 smartphones will have out of the box Android software ZenUI 4.0 on their system, which is one of the lightest Android UI skin ever made by the company.
