With each passing day, Bahubali 2 is creating new records in Indian film industry. From the day one till date every day Bahubali 2 has broken some or the other record at the box office. Even before its release, the movie had earned Rs. 500 crore in the box office by selling its theatrical rights. Not only in India but Bahubali 2 has also set records in the Worldwide cinema industry.

Rs. 1500 Crore in 3rd Week

In the 3rd week also, Bahubali 2 is roaring in the box office and the numbers are increasing day by day. After making it to the 1000 crore club, Bahubali 2 touches the benchmark of Rs. 1500 crore in the box office collection. With the huge amount of budget, Bahubali 2 achieved great records in the worldwide box office.

1st Indian Movie to enter 1000 crore club

Another record stolen by Bahubali 2 is that it becomes the  Indian film to enter the 1000 crore club. Not just it entered the 1000 crore club but crosses the benchmark in just a few days after its release. No other movie in Indian cinema has crossed such a high benchmark ever.

Earned 100 crores in its first day

We have seen many movies crossing the 100 crore record, but Bahubali 2 made it to 100 crore club on the very first day of its release. From all over the World, Bahubali 2 collected Rs. 121 crore on its releasing date. Only the Hindi language of Bahubali 2 set new records and collected Rs. 40 crore at the box office, rest was collected from the Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam language.

Bahubali 2 Hindi version crossed 900 crore

As Bahubali 2 entered its third week, the box office collection of the movie is whopping up day by day. Although the movie has made a record of collecting Rs. 1500 crore at the box office worldwide, Hindi version of Bahubali 2 has collected Rs. 900 crore at the box office. It may soon happen that Bahubali 2 Hindi language may reach to 1000 crore club in another couple of days.

Got 800 screens in US

The craze of Bahubali was not only restricted to Indian boundaries, even the foreign land was also eager to know ‘Why Kattappa killed Bahubali?’. Apart from India, Bahubali 2 got 800 screens for its release in US. Bahubali: The Conclusion got the release in 800 number of theatres in the United States. None of the other Indian films got such wide screen in US.

First film to have the widest poster

Apart from the box office collection, Bahubali 2 movie poster also entered the Guinness Book of World record. The team created the largest poster in the history of Indian cinema which 50,000 sq.ft. So even the poster of Bahubali 2 was that big.

Bahubali 2 released in 9000 screens

Sequel of Bahubali: The Begining opened in 9000 screens all around the World. The last Bollywood movie that releases in such widescreen with 6000 screens was Aamir Khan’s Dangal. Only in India, Bahubali 2 got 6500 screens.

Ticket Sold worth Rs. 4000

With the whopping amount of production budget, Bahubali 2 tickets were also sold in huge amount. The ticket price of Bahubali 2 was roared from 3500-4000 rupees. In many states of India, people bought tickets in Rs. 4000 also. It is also one of the records in Indian cinema.

Bahubali 2 ticket sold in every 12 second

Bookmyshow app revealed that in every 12 seconds, one of the Bahubali 2 tickets was sold. In every 12 seconds, one person booked the tickets for Bahubali 2 show. Till now the Bahubali craze is still on and many people have seen the movie several times.

Both series together enter 2000 crore club

Bahubali series have made a record by entering the 2000 crore club in the box office collection. Yes, Bahubali: The Begining and Bahubali: The Conclusion has together entered the 2000 crore club. Bahubali collected Rs. 650 crore and Bahubali 2 has collected Rs. 1500 crore at the box office.

These are just a few records, Bahubali 2 has numerous records in its name. But we want many such movies in Bollywood to break the records of Bahubali.
