BPSC Civil Services Exam 2018: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released an official notice regarding the BPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2018. The Commission has released the notice regarding the exam dates for the Prelims Exam. BPSC Civil Services Exam 2018 Exam Date
As per the notice released by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC), the competitive exam for the Civil Service Will be held on 16th December 2018. This is a tentative date for the exam. The official notice is available on the website of the BPSC. To recall, the process of filling the application form for the BPSC Exam was started in the month of August and ended in September.
As of now the dates for the exam are out and now soon the Commission will also release the admit card release date for the exam. The admit card for the BPSC Exam 2018 will likely be out in the first week of December or may be in last week of November.
BPSC Civil Services Exam 2018
The Bihar Public Service Commission started the process of filling the application form for the BPSC Civil Services 2018 Exam on 3rd August 2018. The last date to fill the application form was 10th September 2018. The Commission extended the last date a couple of times. The application fee was Rs 600 for General and OBC and for SC/ST, it was Rs 150.
As per the notification ofBihar Public Service Commission, there are total 1465 vacancies. These vacancies are for the various posts. The minimum education qualification required to apply and appear in the examination was Graduation in any stream from a recognized University of India. The age limit to apply for the exam was according to the post.
The selection of the candidates in BPSC for the various posts is purely on the basis of the written examination. The candidates will first appear in the Prelims Exam which is tentatively scheduled to held on 16th December. All those candidates who will clear the Prelims Exam will be called for the Main Exam. The second stage is the Main Exam and the candidates who will clear the Main exam will go for the Interview.
