CBSE Class 10 Compartment Result 2017 to be Out on Wednesday | Here’s How to Check

CBSE class 10 component result 2017 is likely to be out online on Wednesday at the official website cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in. Though it was rumoured that Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will announce the results of class 10 compartment examination 2017 last week but it did not happen. Now it’s is speculated that the 2017 CBSE class 10 compartment examination result will be declared on Wednesday.

The compartment paper of CBSE class 10 was an improvement examination that was conducted on July 17 onwards. The results for class 12 CBSE Board 2017 compartment has already been announced the result of class 12 compartment examination and candidates can check their results online along with other details.

Here’s how to check CBSE class 10 compartment result 2017 online

Once the result of CBSE class 10 compartment examination 2017 is declared, candidates can check it online and download it themselves. To start with, visit the official CBSE websites cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in. Thereafter, go to the website’s homepage and click on the link ‘CBSE Class 10th result 2017’. Now candidates can see a new page opening followed by entering the roll number along with security code as requested on that particular page. Now submit all the information and the result will be displayed on the computer screen. Candidates are now advised to download the result and take its print out for further references.

No. of students appeared for CBSE examination 2017

Going by the figures, a total of 19,85,397 students, out of which 8,86,506 are from class 10, had registered to appear in the CBSE board examinations of classes 10 and 12. Earlier this year, CBSE held the annual examinations for both class 10 and 12 on March. The results for CBSE class 10 examination was declared on June 3, 2017, while for class 12, results were announced on May 28, 2017.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has now decided to make six subjects mandatory for students who will appear for their class 10 board examination from the next academic year 2017-18. An additional course on the vocational subject has also been made mandatory for the students to appear for their class 10 CBSE board examination.
