CBSE CTET 2019 Exam – Important Dates & Application Fee
Starting and the Last Date For CTET 2019: The online application form filling process for the CBSE Central Teacher Eligibility Test July 2019 has started online from 5th February 2019. The link to fill the application form will remain open till 5th March 2019 and after that link will be deactivated. In between 5th February 2019 to 5th March 2019 candidates can fill the application form online on the official website. CBSE will conduct the exam on 7th July.
Application Fee For CTET 2019 Exam: The application fee for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test 2019 can be paid from 5th February 2019 and the last date to pay the application fee is 8th March 2019 till 3:30 pm. The application fee for the single paper is Rs 700 for the General and OBC category candidates and for the reserved category candidates, the application fee is Rs 350.
The application fee for both papers is Rs 1200 for the candidates belonging to the General and OBC category. The application fee for both papers for the SC/ST/PWD category candidates is Rs 600. The candidates can pay the application fee for the CTET 2019 exam via online and offline mode.
CBSE CTET 2019 Exam – Other Details
Schedule of Examination: The Central Board of Secondary Education will conduct the Paper 1 of CTET Exam in the Morning session and the Paper 2 will be conducted in the evening session. The timings for Paper 1 is 9:30 Am to 12:30 Pm and the timings for the Paper 2 is 2 pm to 4:30 pm. The duration of the exam i.e Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be 2 hours 30 minutes.
Structure of Paper of CTET: There will be Multiple Choice Questions in both the papers. Each question will have 4 choices out of which one answer will be correct. The Paper 1 of the CTET exam will be for candidates who want to be a teacher for Class 1st to 5th, The Paper 2 of the CTET Exam will be for the candidates who want to be the teacher for class 5th to 8th.
