CGPSC Recruitment 2019: Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) has released an official notification for the post of Assistant Professor posts and invited application from eligible candidates for the same. As of now, the official notification is released and the procedure of filling the application form for the post of Assistant Professor will begin next month. CGPSC Recruitment 2019 – All Details
The Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) will start the procedure of filling the application form for the post of Assistant Professor on the official website on 4th February. Candidates who want to fill the form can fill the online application on or after the 4th February 2019. The last date to fill the application form is 5th March 2019.
After the last date candidates will be given chance to make the correction in the application form. The correction process will begin from 9th March and will end on 14th March 2019. The admit card release date and exam date will be announced later on by the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission.
The application fee for the General Category candidates and the other state category candidates is Rs 400. The candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OBC category will have to pay Rs 300 as application fee. The application fee for the exam can be paid via credit card, debit card, net banking or via Challan.
As per the official notification of CGPSC, there are total 1384 vacancies. These vacancies in CGPSC for the year 2019 are for the post of Assistant Professor posts. For the post of English Assistant Professor, there are 130 vacancies, 116 posts for the Physics, 59 vacancies for the Political Science, 50 for Hindi, 09 for Home Science, 184 for Commerce, 150 for Chemistry, 99 for Mathematics, 61 for Economics and 66 for History.
Further, there are 147 vacancies for the post of Botany Assistant Professor, 125 for Zoology, 52 for the Geography, 36 for Sociology, 1 for Tasar Technology, 03 for the Sericulture, 5 for Geology, 8 for Psychology, 6 for Computer Science, 20 for Computer Application, 32 for Law, 5 for Sanskrit, 8 for Micro-Biology, 1 for Bio-Chemistry, 1 for Forestry & 8 for Information Technology.
