CSIR UGC NET (Dec 2018): Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) has released the information bulletin for the CSIR UGC NET Exam for the December 2018 month. CSIR UGC Exam Date (December 2018)
The Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) will conduct the UGC NET exam in the month of December 2018. The exam is likely to be held on 16th December 2018. The test will be conducted in 5 subjects including Life Sciences, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Chemical Sciences and Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences.
Other Important Dates: The process of online application will begin on the official website from 25th September 2018. The last date to fill the application form for the CSIR 15th October 2018. The candidates can fill the application form for the CSIR UGC NET December 2018 in between 25th September to 15th October 2018. Candidates are advised not to wait for the last date for application to avoid last minute rush.
CSIR UGC NET December 2018 – Application Fee
As per the CSIR UGC NET Official Notification Bulletin, the application fee for the General Category candidates is Rs 1000. For the OBC candidates of Non Creamy layer, the application fee is Rs 500. The application fee for the SC/ST/PwD category candidates is Rs 250. Candidates can pay the application fee for the CSIR UGC NET December 2018 Exam only through credit card, debit card or by Net Banking.
CSIR UGC NET – Documents Required to Upload
Candidate applying for the CSIR UGC NET Exam December 2018 will have to upload recent passport size photograph with a light background. Along with photographs, candidates also required to upload the scanned signature. The qualifying or the last marksheet is also needed to upload during the application process for the CSIR UGC NET exam. The category certificated and the PwD certificate is also needed to upload.
CSIR will conduct the UGC NET in total 27 examination centers across India. The list of examination centers is available in the official notification. Candidates are advised to read the official notification carefully and check the eligibility details.
