Delhi High Court Invites Application For Higher Judicial Services Examination | Last Date, Vacancies and Other Details

Last month i.e in November, the Delhi High Court released an official notification regarding the Higher Judicial Services Examination 2018. The procedure of application form filling also started from22nd November 2018. The candidates looking to apply and fill the application form are advised that they should read the official notification before applying to check the eligibility. Here are some of the important details regarding the Delhi High Court Judicial Services Examination 2018.

Delhi High Court Judicial Services Examination 2018 Details

The High Court of Delhi has invited applications from the eligible candidates for filling up to 50 vacancies in the Delhi Judicial Services. For the selection of the candidates, there will be a written examination in two stages. The first one will be a Preliminary Exam which will have objective questions with 25% negative marking and the second one will be the Main Exam.

The candidates who will clear or qualify the Preliminary Exam will be called for the Main Exam and all those candidates who will clear the Main Exam will be called for the Viva Voce. The Delhi High Court will conduct the Delhi Judicial Services Examination objective type on the 10th of February 2019. The candidates selected for the same will get a pay scale of Rs 56100 to Rs 177500.

The procedure of filling the application form for the Delhi High Court Recruitment 2018 has started online on 22nd November 2018. The last date to completely fill the application form is 22nd December 2018. The exam will be held in February 2019 and the admit cards for the exam will be released in the last week of January 2019 or February first week.

The candidates of General and OBC Category will have to deposit or submit the application fee of Rs 100 while the candidates of SC/ST/PH category will have to pay the application fee of Rs 200. The application fee for the Judicial Service Exam 2018 can be paid via Credit Card, Debit Card or via Net Banking or E-Challan. The upper age limit to fill the application form is 32 years.

As per the notifications, total 40 vacancies are for the General Category, 7 vacancies for the SC Category and 3 vacancies are for the ST category. Candidates who are going to fill the application form are advised that they should read the official notification carefully before applying.
