DMRC Recruitment 2018 – Important Dates
The online application process for the recruitment of various posts in Delhi Metro has started from January 27th, 2018. Candidates who want to apply for the same can now apply. The last date to apply online for the post of DMRC is 26th February 2018. Candidates are advised to fill the online application form of DMRC on or before the last date. The online application fee for the DMRC recruitment 2018 can be paid from 1st Feb to 26th Feb 2018.
DMRC Recruitment 2018 – Vacancy Details
There are total 1985 vacancies in Delhi Metro Rail Corporation. The vacancies in DMRC are as follows. For the post of Office Assistant, there are total 14 vacancies, For the post of Asstt. Manager/Electrical there are 21 posts, For the post of Asstt. Manager/ S&T there are 12 posts, For the post of Asstt. Manager/Operation there are 08 posts, For the post of Asstt. Manager/Fire there are 02 posts, for the post of Asstt. Manager/Store there are 02 posts, For the post of Asstt. Manager/Environment there is 01 post and for the post of Asstt. Manager/IT there are 03 posts. These all are in Regular-Executive Category.
In Regular Non Executive Category, there are 1058 vacancies for the post of Maintainer, 192 vacancies for the post of Jr. Engineer/Electrical, 135 vacancies for the post of Jr. Engineer/ Electronics, 87 vacancies for the post of Jr. Engineer/Mechanical, 24 vacancies for the post of Jr. Engineer/Civil, 02 vacancies for the post of Jr. Engineer/Environment, 09 vacancies for the post of Asst. Programmer, 04 vacancies for the post of Legal Assistant, 10 vacancies for the post of Fire Inspector and 02 vacancies for the post of Librarian.
For Executive Category (Contract Basis for 04 years) there are 25 posts vacancies for Asstt. Manager/Electrical, 22 post vacancies for Asstt. Manager/S&T, 44 posts vacancies for Asstt. Manager/Civil and 1 vacancy for Asstt. Manager/Alignment Design. For Non-Executive Category (Contract Basis for 04 years) there are 102 vacancies for Jr. Engineer/ Electronics, 96 post vacancies for Jr. Engineer/ Civil and 13 post vacancies for Store Assistant.There are also 88 special post vacancies.
DMRC Recruitment 2018 – How To Apply
All candidates who want to apply for DMRC Recruitment 2018 for various posts can apply online on the official website of DMRC from Jan 27 to Feb 26. At the tie of application, candidates will need to upload all documents including Passport Size Photo, Scanned Signature, Caste Certificate, Date Of Birth Proof, and Education Qualification.
DMRC Recruitment 2018 – Eligibility
Education Qualification – For the post of Assistant Manager the required qualifications are BE/Btech with 60% and GATE 2017 qualified. For Junior Engineer, a three-year diploma, For Maintainer ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in relevant trade, For Assistant Programmer three years Engineering Diploma in Computer Science or BSc IT, For Legal Assistant LLB with 50% marks, Fr Fire Inspector B.Sc. with a 01-year course in Fire and Safety, For Librarian B.Lib. with 60 % marks and for Store Assistant Three year Diploma in Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/ Mechanical/Civil.
Mode of Selection – Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer Based Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview.
Application Fee – The application fee for the DMRC Recruitment 2018 is Rs.500 for all General and OBC Category candidates. For SC/ST/PH/Ex SM the online application fee is Rs.250. The fee can be paid online via credit card, debit card or by net banking.
