DSSSB Recruitment 2019: Last month DSSSB (Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Commission) released an official notification regarding the recruitment of candidates for the post of AE and JE. The form filling process also started last month. The candidates who are eligible for the post are advised to fill the application form online, But before the application form filling, they are advised to read the official notification carefully.
DSSSB Recruitment 2019 – Important Details
Last Date: The form filling process for the post of Assistant Engineer and Junior Engineer in various departments under the DSSSB (Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Commission) has started on the official website on 30th January 2019. The last and the final date for the submission of application form is 1st March. The candidates who are eligible for the post and wants to apply online can fill the application form on or before the last date.
Application Fee: For the General Category and OBC category candidates, the application fee is Rs 100. There is no application fee for the SC, ST and PWD category. There is no application fee for female candidates. The application fee can be paid via SBI e-pay mode.
Vacancies: As per the official notification of Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Commission (DSSSB), there are total 264 vacancies in DSSSB. These vacancies are for the post of Assistant Engineer and Junior Engineer. For the post of Assistant Engineer (Electrical) in MCD Department, there are 7 vacancies. For the post of Assistant Engineer Civil in MCD Dept, there are 13 vacancies.
For the post of JE Civil in MCD Department, there are 103 vacancies. For the post of JE Electrical in MCD department, there are 20 vacancies. For the post of JE Civil in NDMC department, there are 33 vacancies. For the post of JE Civil in DUSIB department, there are 61 vacancies and for the JE Electrical in DUSIB department, there are 27 vacancies.
Selection Process: The candidates will be selected for the post of AE and JE in various departments of DSSSB will be on the basis of Tier 1 and Tier 2 examination. The selected candidates will get a pay scale of Rs 5200 – Rs 20200.
