HTET Exam 2018 | Check Examination Scheme, Pattern and Other Details

HTET Exam 2018: Board of Education Haryana has started the process of online application form filling for the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test 2018. The candidates can now fill their application form online on the official website. The procedure of filling the application form started on 19th November 2018 and candidates can apply till 30th November 2018. The link to apply online for the HTET exam 2018 is active now.

The correction process in the application has also started online from 21st November 2018. Candidates can make the correction in the application form till 3rd December 2018. The admit cards for the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test will be available on the official website on 20th December 2018. The exam for the PRT posts will be held on 6th January 2019. The exam for the TGT posts will also be held on 6th January 2019 while the exam for the PGT posts will be held on 5th January 2019.

HTET Exam 2018 – Examination Scheme & Pattern

For the Level 1 Teacher for Class Ist to 5th (Primary Teacher), there will be five sections in the HTET 2018 paper. Total questions will be 150 and the maximum marks will be 150 which means each question will be of 1 mark. The questions for the PRT exam will be from Child Pedalogy (30 questions), Languages (Hindi and English) (30 questions), General Studies 30 questions (Aptitude, Reasoning, Haryana GK and Awareness), Mathematics (30 questions) and Environmental Studies (30 questions).

For the Level 2 Teacher for Class VIth to VIIIth, there will be 4 sections. Total 150 questions will be there for 150 marks and candidates will get total 2 hour and 30 minutes to attempt the paper. The questions for the PRT exam will be from Child Pedalogy (30 questions), Languages (Hindi and English) (30 questions), General Studies 30 questions (Aptitude, Reasoning, Haryana GK and Awareness), and Subject Specific as opted (60 questions).

For the Level 3 Teacher for Post Graduate Teacher, the marking scheme is similar to the TGT teacher post. There will be total 150 questions of 150 marks. The questions for the HTET PGT Exam will be from Child Pedalogy (30 questions), Languages (Hindi and English) (30 questions), General Studies 30 questions (Aptitude, Reasoning, Haryana GK and Awareness), and Subject Specific as opted (60 questions). There will be no negative marking in the PRT, TGT and PGT.
